Although sweeps are a fun way to earn real money without risking your own, that same flexible casino module can produce scam websites. One of which is Sunshine Sweeps Casino. Sorry to disappoint, but during my research, I couldn’t find anything positive that would indicate that this is, in fact, a legit sweepstake casino.
You should definitely skip this operator, and reading this review will give you a better understanding of why. In the meantime, with the money and time you have saved by not participating in the Sunshine Sweeps offer, you may explore some legit sweeps I have tried and tested, such as Jackpota Casino, High 5, or WOW Vegas.

The answer to this question can go in two directions. The website claims that Sunshine Sweeps is a ‘’leading online and mobile sweepstakes attraction.’’. I, however, consider it a scam and a lazy attempt at that. The lack of internal games offer testifies to this fact. Instead, you’ll be redirected to external websites on which you may actually play.
Additionally, there is no usual information about the terms and conditions that legit sweepstakes casinos provide. Even though real money is not at stake, transparency and terms of conduct are essential for building trust between players and casinos. Sunshine Sweeps failed in that sense.
How Does it Work?
Obviously, Sunshine Sweeps is supposed to work under the sweepstakes module. This means you’ll get some free coins to play games, with a chance to win real prizes. It seems like this casino took advantage of this casino loophole and has flipped the script into persuading players to purchase coins.
During my research, it was very clear that the site made an effort to convince players to fund their bankroll when, in reality, that’s the last thing they should do as a sweeps casino. They made it clear you won’t receive a bonus without making the first deposit. It doesn’t sound fair, and it certainly doesn’t sound legit.
Additionally, wherever you have an interactive button on the website, for example, if you want to sign up or play games, you will be once again redirected to an external website, which is alarming.
Sunshine Sweeps Casino No Deposit Bonus
Although they promise lucrative bonuses, hence the chances of winning real money prizes, there are no signs of no deposit bonuses. Let alone promo codes. This left us wondering how they even dare to consider themselves as a sweepstakes casino.
The Sunshine Sweeps bonus section is fishy, and we’re not talking about the popular sweeps game.
Sunshine Sweeps Casino Welcome Bonus
According to my research, they indeed offer a welcome bonus, but it’s not what you think. Sometimes, these types of scam casinos go a step too far and get carried away. This is exactly what happened with Sunshine Sweeps.
If you read through their homepage, you will see that they offer a match deposit welcome bonus. However, if you keep exploring the platform, you will see a $3,000 welcome bonus package tied to the first three deposits. Once again, we must mention that you are not required to deposit in sweepstakes casinos. You normally receive some bonuses when and if you decide to purchase coins. However, in the case of Sweeps Casino, it seems that you must spend money to receive something extra. No promo codes are mentioned anywhere.
Not to mention that when you click on this offer, you’re visiting another site. In a nutshell, Sunshine Sweeps welcome bonus is non-existent and is essentially a clickbait.
Other Promotions
- VIP Club: Players can obtain points with each deposit that leads to them becoming members of the loyalty club. Yet, the perks of becoming a VIP member are unclear.
- Daily Logins: Simply put, for each daily login you’ll receive some free coins. Once again, the amount is unknown, which seems to be a trend around here.
As you can guess by now, the lack of information regarding the bonuses and rewards programs themselves, it’s far fetched that you’ll find any promo codes for Sunshine Sweeps.
Should You Join Sunshine Sweeps Casino?
The part of the story where it gets even more fishy. We’ll showcase the attempt of the registration process at Sunshine Sweeps, and you will decide for yourself whether you should open an account there.
- Try finding the registration button.
- Once you have failed, you realize that you should click on ‘’Play now’’.
- Wait for a couple of seconds for the page to load, and you’ll find yourself on a redirected website.
- Once the confusion starts to wear off, you realize that you actually can’t register on Sunshine Sweeps.
Can You Cash Out Winnings at Sunshine Sweeps Casino?
I think it’s fairly clear up until this point that there are no prizes to be redeemed at this casino. However, let’s see what they said you may expect. According to the information provided, before receiving funds, you would’ve had to go through the KYC procedure.
Sidenote: whatever you do, don’t give your personal information to sketchy websites.
Once you have completed the KYC (if you somehow manage to do that), you will have the option to choose between Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Ether, Tether, Visa, Mastercard, and Ecopayz as your withdrawal methods. It seems pretty standard in terms of the payment method offered. However, that makes the scam more elaborate and not trustworthy.
Pros & Cons
| ✅Pros | ❌Cons |
|---|---|
| Nothing | Each click would lead you to a different website |
| No terms and conditions | |
| You have to purchase coins to get bonuses and perks | |
| Outdated user interface |
Our Verdict
It comes as no surprise that I can’t give a green light to Sunshine Sweeps Casino. There are too many inconsistencies with this overall shady platform. However, one bad apple doesn’t spoil a bunch. There are too many legit sweepstakes you may take advantage of, which won’t break your bank and will provide you with the chance or two to win real money.
WOW Vegas Casino, for example, will give you 4.5 SC + 8,500 WC over 3 days upon registration. There are also tons of other legit sweepstakes casinos, like Sweeptastic or Stake.us, which allows players to play only using cryptocurrency. Regardless of the casino you choose in the end, just use our promo codes or follow our links to play games without a worry in the world.
